X-COM is by far the best game to emulate. This is particularly true with XCOM Enemy Unknown coming later this year. Hopefully 2K doesn't beat you to the punch but riding the wave of marketing and nostalgia around launch time would be a big bounty for your team. It's all about finding the right talent at the right time to take what's already been done and pushing it over the finish line. And even when Isochron is in full development again it'll be tough to decide how far to go with it in the first iteration. No point in creating something that'll get old in 10 minutes.
